Return Policy

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. Returned products must not have been worn, washed or used.

Please note that no return will be accepted without prior approval of our Online Customer Service and that no return will be processed if the return package is not sent to the indicated return address.

Do not discard any packaging or invoices until you are completely satisfied with the products shipped. Items returned without the original packaging may be refused.

A.T.G can only replace an item for a different size, subject to stock availability. You will receive a refund of the item's price if the item cannot be replaced.

Shipping and return costs are at your charge and they are not refundable.

We highly recommend that returns should be shipped insured, as A.T.G assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments.
